As always we have been spoilt for choice with images and I really loved these two cute zebras and as the theme was love I added a faux quilt that was covered in hearts and used a free cutting file from Birds cards to create the right hand portion of the card

What do you all think I love it not my usual style at all but it has something about it.

To see what the rest of DT made why not pop along to the Creative moments challenge blog by clicking on the link on the left and while you are there why not enter, as my dear old grandad used to say you have to be in it to win it

Anonymous Stamps blog challenge time again

Hi Everyone,

I'm here again and a little late with this post as for some reason it didn't go live. Can you believe it's February already??? Over at Anonymous Stamps we are getting all mushy and lovey-dovey as Love is in the Air! In fact, that's the name of the new challenge for February.

I love using the Anonymous stamps, as they are all given free to everyone not just the DT and as a person on a very limited crafting budget things being free is always a bonus.  If you would like to get your hands on the free digis, enter or both click here

I chose the Tiger Lilly image and had so much fun colouring her I think she looks like she is waiting for her prince charming to show up.

I would love to enter my cards into the following challenges

Another First for me

Well this week has seen me doing another first I have entered my first challenge over at Daisytrail.

It was a sketch challenge and as I don't do many scrapbook layouts it was a challenge.

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and have printed it out at 8"x8" and will be laminating and adding some real bling to go along with the Faux bling.

Would love to hear what you think of my page

Artistic Inspirations challenge 77 sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs

Well its new challenge time at Artistic Inspirations and the theme is hearts/anything goes.

Challenge # 77

SASSY STUDIO DESIGNS

 4 images for the winner

As you all know I love my Sassy Digi Stamps and immediately fell in love with the Strawberry Shortcake Sassy.

Strawberries remind me of hearts so I found a strawberry background paper and added my hand coloured strawberry shortcake on top.

Would love to know what you all think of my card.

Beautiful digi from The Stamping Chef

Well this week saw many birthday cards being made.

My hubby and his brother in law share the same birthday and sometimes a similar sense of humour, so I got to work making a card for each of them..

I love the cheekyness of this stamp form The Stamping Chef.  I wish I had the funds to purchase all of Tamara's stamps they are fantastic.

I coloured it using my limited pallet of Graphit pens and layered it onto a background I created in Craft Artist.

Creative moments Challenge sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps

How fast is this year going, can't believe we are nearly at the end of the first month.

Well the next Creative moments challenge starts today

Challenge 35

Anything Goes/Add some Sparkle

Our Sponsor is Bugaboo

Bugaboo is offering 7 images to the winner so don't forget to pop along and enter by clicking on the link on the left

There were so many fab images to choose from and I instantly fell in love with this cute little dragon.

As you all know I love my digi crafting so once again combined my love of digi with my love of colouring.  All the backgrounds were created in serif craft artist

I coloured them all using a combination of my alcohol pens I have a few of each as not sure yet which I prefer. (Promarkers, Spectrum Noir, Graphit) The final touch was to add my favourite element Glitter.

To see more inspiration from the DT and enter this fortnights challenge click the link on the left or to purchase this cute digi stamp and see more fantastic stamps click on the Bugaboo icon at the top of this post.

New Challenge over at Artistic Inspirations

It's new challenge time over at Artistic Inspirations and this week it is being sponsored by

The theme this week was add some ribbon/anything goes.

I chose the fantasy castle in the clouds image and coloured it using my promarkers and flex markers and of course one of my cards wouldn't be complete without some bling so I added some glitter to the roof and spires also a little on the clouds, perfect for a little princess

I'm really pleased with how it turned out as at first I really struggled with how to use this image.

As always I'd love to know what you think of my make.

I would like to add my card to the following challenges

• Card Mania  - (Week 2) Anything Goes
• Kaboodle Doodles  - Use Blue
• Sparkle N Sprinkle  - (January) Anything Goes with Glitter, Embossing Powder and/or Flocking
• The Crazy Challenge  - (Week 1) Fairytale
•
